01Ethics between yourself and employees
  • Faithfully perform the tasks assigned to you in accordance with the company's policy.
  • Familiarize yourself with and comply with the company's regulations and standards related to work.
  • Various reports and documents are based on objective facts and false reports are not made.
  • It is prohibited to form cliques or discriminate based on academic background, gender, religion, blood ties, region of origin, etc.
  • Unfair solicitation and financial transactions between executives and employees, as well as personal money and valuables, are
    prohibited. However, within the scope acknowledged by social norms between executives and employees (birthdays, family
    events, etc.), giving and receiving light gifts are an exception.
02Prohibition of bribery and fraudulent solicitation
  • Bribes should not be offered to employees of customer companies, public officials, etc.
  • Do not make unfair solicitations to public officials.
03Intellectual property and asset protection
  • Do not trade securities using information acquired in the course of performing duties.
  • Information on sales/finance/personnel/technology of the company and its customers that is not disclosed to the public shall be kept confidential and managed, and shall never be leaked to the outside or disclosed to a third party without prior permission or approval in accordance with the company's codified policies and procedures.
  • Do not use programs and materials (fonts, images, etc.) subject to the intellectual property rights of others without the approval of the company, and do not infringe any acts such as unauthorized use, duplication, distribution, or alteration.
04No collusion/conspiracy
  • Prohibition of collusion with competitors in bidding procedures or other transaction procedures conducted by customers.
  • Prohibition of colluding with stakeholders to infringe on customer interests.
05Prohibition of unethical acts against partner companies
  • Do not accept money and valuables (including gift certificates), entertainment (including meals), convenience, or gifts from external stakeholders.
  • However, exceptions are made for entertainment or provision of convenience (less than 30,000 won per person) and gifts (less than 50,000 won per person) that are accepted under social norms.
  • Money and valuables, as well as securities, do not qualify as gifts and should not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Prohibit proxy settlement or repayment of credit card payments, accounts receivable, or loans from external stakeholders, and shall not receive property benefits such as movable property, real estate, securities, goodwill, and membership rights.
  • Do not engage in economic transactions with external stakeholders, such as money loans, sales, and leases.
  • Do not receive collateral (including guarantees) from external stakeholders.
06Voluntary report

If money and valuables, entertainment, convenience, or gifts is received in excess of the above standards, you must report it to the Ethics Department within 3 days including the date of receipt.

    - Prohibition of disclosure of identity of informant and search
    • 1. All executives and employees shall not divulge the reporter's status even if they recognize the reporter's status in the course of their duties or by accident.
    • 2. Prohibition of all acts capable of exposing the informant's identity, such as inquiries about the informant's identity and inquiry activities to find out the informant.
    • 3. Disclosure or allusion of personal information is prohibited without the consent of the informant and the investigation cooperator.
    • 4. Those involved can be punished if they violate their identity protection obligations.
  • Prohibition of disadvantages to informants
    • 1. Disadvantages to information providers in any form are prohibited.
